August 3, 2007, Manchester, NH—Dennis J. Haley, Jr., an attorney with the law firm of McLane Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., has recently been selected as a member of the 2008 Leadership Greater Manchester class.
Designed to recognize and nurture existing leadership talents from diverse sectors of the local community, Leadership Greater Manchester selects thirty-five professionals from among businesses, government, education, not-for-profit, arts, and religious and community groups to participate in the annual program. This year’s class begins meeting this fall.
As a member of McLane’s Corporate Department, Dennis focuses on advising clients in matters of entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, executive and employee compensation, software licensing and distribution agreements.
Dennis graduated cum laude with a B.A in Communications from Boston College in 1991, and his J.D from Boston College Law School in 1996.
Dennis is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, serves on the Board of the Manchester Community Music School and resides in Manchester.
