November 9, 2006, MANCHESTER, NH— The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association is proud to announce that Robert Pearce, an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department has been named to the Board of Granite State Independent Living.
Granite State Independent Living, (“GSIL”) is a statewide non-profit that offers tools and resources so that all individuals can participate as fully as they choose in their lives, families, and communities.
Rob focuses his practice in the areas of commercial finance and land use and zoning. He assists clients in a broad range of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions and sales, mergers, and split-offs. Also a member of the firm’s telecommunications team, Rob provides representation to wireless telecommunications providers in connection with proceedings before local land-use boards and assisting with related leasing and construction agreements.
He also serves as a member of the Resident Opportunity and Outreach Team for the Concord Area Trust for Community Housing.
Rob received his B.A. in Philosophy from Dartmouth College in 1999, and graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2003.
He currently resides in Hopkinton with his wife, Renelle, and his daughter, Harriet.
