PORTSMOUTH, NH The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton announced today that the firm is moving its downtown Portsmouth office to the corner of Market and Hanover Streets, as of August 9, 2004.
McLane’s Seacoast office has been located at 10 Pleasant Street in Portsmouth since 2002.
“McLane has been patiently awaiting the right opportunity to move onto Market Street, undeniably the city’s core thoroughfare, for some time,” said Michael J. Quinn, managing director of the Portsmouth office.
100 Market Street is a state-of-the-art building in the center of Portsmouth’s vibrant downtown community. McLane will share the building with other professional service providers, such as Prudential Insurance, as well as with some upscale retail outlets.
The site offers McLane’s clients and staff several advantages over previous space it has occupied in downtown Portsmouth. 100 Market Street has convenient access to the City’s central parking garage and is easily accessible from Interstate 95. The 5300 sq. foot floorplan of the new office space includes enhanced conference facilities for meetings with clients; and seats all of McLane’s attorneys and staff on one level, as opposed to being spread out over two floors, as in previous space.
McLane’s 10 Pleasant Street office will close at the end of Friday, August 6th. The 100 Market Street location will open for business on Monday, August 9th. Telephone and electronic mail service will not be interrupted during the move.
Founded in 1919, the McLane Law Firm has grown to the largest full-service law firm in the state of New Hampshire, with offices in Manchester, Concord and Portsmouth.
