Dianne is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department. She concentrates her practice in all aspects of estate planning, tax planning, trust and estate administration, probate and estate settlement, special needs planning, probate avoidance, and asset-protection planning. Dianne has extensive experience helping clients with tax-efficient estate planning, multigenerational wealth transfers, charitable planning, estate, gift and income tax planning, and estate and trust administration.
Dianne advises clients in related estate planning techniques used to minimize gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Dianne also advises clients who are serving as fiduciaries or are beneficiaries in estates or trusts.
