McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that Carol Flaherty was recently presented with the firm’s annual John A. Graf Client Service Award during the firm’s annual Colleague Recognition Reception.
The award is named in honor of a former partner in the firm who was relentlessly focused on solving his clients’ problems. The award is provided annually to the McLane Middleton attorney, paralegal, or administrative colleague who exemplifies the highest level of client responsiveness and excellence in service based on colleague observations, peer reviews, and client recommendations.
As one of her many roles as the office manager of the firm’s Woburn office and an administrative assistant, Carol coordinates the use of space for professional organizations, often working weekends, mornings, and evenings to accommodate their schedules. She is responsible for preparing the conference center space for firm guests, which often results in turning over the room for multiple events in a day, all while providing general administrative support to all attorneys in the Woburn office.
“The little touches she makes such as coasters, pens and clean conference rooms don’t happen by accident,” said firm director and chair of the client service committee, Bruce W. Felmly, during the award presentation. “They are part of a deliberate effort to ensure that clients and guests recognize when they are visiting McLane Middleton that they are among one of the top New England law firms.”
The firm congratulates Carol and thanks her for her outstanding service.
