McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that Michael C. McLean was recently presented with the firm’s John R. McLane, Jr. Community Service Award during its annual Colleague Recognition Reception.
This annual award is given to the McLane Middleton attorney, paralegal, or administrative colleague who exemplifies the highest commitment to the community based on colleague observations and peer reviews. The award is named after former partner, John R. McLane, Jr., who had a long history serving the community.
As McLane Middleton’s marketing and business development manager, Mike helps the firm’s attorneys build and nurture relationships through a strategic content marketing approach that includes seminars, videos, and news releases. In addition, he assists with developing responses to RFPs, validates the success of the firm by completing nominations for various individual and firm-wide awards, and creates firm-related advertisements and marketing materials.
Mike is an active member of the firm’s Community Service Committee participating in a variety of projects, including the firm’s United Way Campaign and Salvation Army Backpack Drive. He also chaired the Committee’s 2015 “Fighting for the Basics Club” subcommittee, which organized a monthly collection to benefit a different local nonprofit organization. In addition, Mike serves on the NH Food Bank’s Advisory Committee, is a member of the Manchester Young Professionals Network’s Community Service Committee, and was recently recognized with a 2016 Volunteer Service Award from Volunteer NH.
“Mike has provided unending commitment to the Community Service Committee,” said Ann Routos, co-chair of the firm’s Community Service Committee, during the presentation of the award at the firm’s recent Colleague Recognition Reception. “He is not just active in our firm activities, but is very involved in programs outside of the firm as well.”
The firm congratulates Mike and thanks him for his dedication to the community.
