The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association is pleased to recognize Anikó Bouley, Elena Richards, and Vicki Samuels for being named to the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire’s (PANH) board of directors for the 2015-2017 term.
Anikó, the past president of PANH, is an advanced certified paralegal in the firm’s corporate department where she works directly with corporate clients and the firm’s directors. She focuses on all aspects of corporate business law with emphasis on entity formations, organizations, administrations, corporate governance, and transactions. Elena is an NFPA registered paralegal working with attorneys and clients in the firm’s trusts & estates department.
