Manchester, N.H. (November 8, 2024) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Madison Lightfoot-Kunitake and Caroline H. Palucha have been admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar.
Madison is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she advises businesses on a variety of matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions. She is also a member of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group, where she assists businesses with addressing data breaches, establishing privacy policies, and complying with applicable privacy laws. Madison has obtained her Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Madison worked as U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s Director of Community Engagement and the Political Director for Shaheen for Senate. Madison earned her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she participated in the Hybrid J.D. program and graduated with a certificate in Intellectual Property Law. Caroline is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group where she assists individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant, easements, and land use matters. Caroline earned her J.D. magna cum laude, from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2024, where she served as an officer for the Hispanic and Latinx Law Student Association. Caroline was a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023 and joined the firm in September 2024.
