The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorney Megan M. Coneeny has been admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar.
Megan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department where she provides counsel to a wide variety of clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, employment issues, and securities offerings.
Megan received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (2017), B.S., cum laude, from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, and her M.B.A. from Northeastern University. While at Northeastern, Megan served as Articles Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review and as an Analyst for The 360 Huntington Fund, a mutual fund run by graduate business students.
