The law firm of McLane Middleton, Professional Association congratulates Michael A. Delaney on being elected to the Bean Foundation’s board of trustees.
The Norwin S. and Elizabeth N. Bean Foundation is a general purpose charitable foundation which awards grants in the fields of arts and humanities, education, environment, health, human services, and public/society benefit. Grant support is allocated to Manchester and Amherst organizations based on the relative population size of the two communities. Approximately 90 percent is spent on Manchester projects and 10 percent in Amherst.
Mike is a director in the firm’s litigation department. He served as Attorney General of New Hampshire from 2009 to 2013. As chief law enforcement officer and chief legal counselor of the State, he handled a broad range of complex litigation cases and regulatory matters, including multi-state cases, fraud investigations, corporate compliance issues, financial service regulation, health and hospitals litigation, environmental litigation and energy matters, construction and contract disputes, labor and employment, not-for-profit organizations, criminal law, antitrust, real estate and consumer issues.
