The NH Bar Association recently awarded Nancy Dorr, a paralegal at McLane Middleton, the 2017 Paralegal Professionalism Award.
In a nomination from a partner at the firm, Dorr was described as a model professional who treats all others with courtesy, good humor, respect, and consideration. A paralegal for more than 30 years, she is known as an optimist who exemplifies the award criteria: she is knowledgeable, motivated to exceed expectations, and a role model for others in her profession.
“Nancy’s knowledge of the substantive law and attention to detail, paired with her empathy for each and every client, makes her indispensable to the litigation teams of which she is a part,” said NH Bar President-elect David McGrath during the award presentation.
The Paralegal Professionalism Award was presented at the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire’s annual meeting and luncheon on Sept. 12 in Manchester.
