MANCHESTER, NH: â€â€McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A. announced that Daniel J. Norris has been voted a director of the firm. Mr. Norris practices in the Corporate Department, where he concentrates in merger and acquisition transactions, securities law, and general corporate matters.
“Dan’s contributions to the firm and to the community are invaluable,” said the Firm’s Executive Director, Michael J. McCluskey. “He is clearly one of New Hampshire’s future business leaders.”
Recently recognized as one of the Union Leader’s “40 Under Forty” for 2004, Mr. Norris has practiced corporate law at the McLane law firm since he joined in 2000. Dan currently serves on the Salem Boys’ and Girls’ Club Board of Directors, most recently co-chairing the major gifts division of its $3.5 million capital campaign for reconstruction. He also serves on the Town of Salem Zoning Board of Adjustment, and holds the office of Advocate for the Bishop Peterson Counsel of the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Norris received his J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law after completing his B.A. with distinction from Purdue University, Phi Beta Kappa.
