McLane Middleton attorney Margaret “Peg” O’Brien will be speaking at the New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association’s upcoming webinar, “Employment Law: Federal and State Youth Employment Laws and Regulations” on May 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Joining Peg on the panel is Rudy Ogden from the New Hampshire Department of Labor, and Brian Cleasby from the U.S. Department of Labor.

Peg is a Director at McLane Middleton and Vice Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Group. She assists employers with legal compliance and risk management in all phases of the employment relationship, as well as defense of employers in matters pending before government agencies and courts. On a regular basis, Peg assists company executives, human resources professionals and supervisors with routine employment law concerns, including employee hiring, termination and disciplinary matters, and management of employee leaves of absence. Peg provides on-site and virtual training for employees and supervisors on harassment prevention and documentation and discipline best practices. She also conducts workplace investigations.
