The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorney Robert J. Kendall, III has been admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Rob is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. He was a summer associate with the firm in 2017 and joined the firm as an associate in September 2018. He handles a variety of civil and criminal litigation matters.
Rob received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (2018), and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Roger Williams University (2014). Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Rob served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in 2016. During law school Rob served as an associate editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. Rob also served as a student attorney at Michigan Law’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he authored and reviewed briefs and en banc petitions before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and petitions for writ of certiorari before the Supreme Court of the United States. During his time with the Clinic, Rob argued a criminal appeal before the United States Court for Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in November 2017.
In addition to Massachusetts, Rob is also admitted to practice in New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
