The panel will also touch on efforts to promote consistency in the L-1B visa program, and offer best practice tips for treaty-investors and intracompany transferees.
Tom is chair of McLane’s Immigration Law Practice Group, and a longtime member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Tom’s immigration practice focuses primarily on business related immigration. He has been counseling a diverse mix of business clients for more than 20 years.
