Allison is an associate attorney in the Corporate Department, where she represents clients in all stages of the corporate lifecycle and across a wide range of industries.  Allison assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and various changes in entity ownership, control and governance.

Allison received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College.  During law school, Allison served on the Editorial Board of the Connecticut Law Review.  She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Vermont.
