Caroline Palucha is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group where she assists individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant, easements, and land use matters.
Caroline earned her J.D. magna cum laude, from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2024, where she served as an officer for the Hispanic and Latinx Law Student Association.
Prior to law school, Caroline received her B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Florida State University. During her undergraduate studies, Caroline also obtained her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
Caroline was a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023 and joined the firm in September 2024.
