Jenn is an associate in the Corporate Department, where she advises business clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formation, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jenn earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated first in her class and received the Law Faculty Outstanding Student award. During law school, Jenn was an active member of Women’s Law Association and served as a student attorney in Suffolk’s Transactional Clinic. She interned with the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and joined McLane Middleton as a Summer Associate.
Prior to law school, Jenn worked as an immigration paralegal at a Boston law firm, and spent a year in Pahang, Malaysia as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts.
