As a corporate paralegal, Julie assists attorneys in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, administration, corporate governance, and corporate transactions.  Along with her paralegal duties in the corporate department, she also provides paralegal assistance to the firm’s real estate department.

Julie brings over 20 years of paralegal and administrative experience to the firm, as she has assisted multiple attorneys and clients over the years in various areas of law, including, but not limited to, business litigation, corporate, real estate, personal injury, workers’ compensation, family, probate, and elder law.

Julie is a member of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH), and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), and is a Notary Public for the State of New Hampshire.
