Kanita is an Operations Manager with over 25 years of experience in the field of immigration law. She assists attorneys with all employment-based immigration, in addition to sharing her extensive background in family-based immigration. This includes ensuring that employers are in compliance with regulations as well as assisting with streamlining of their internal immigration process. Kanita also assists with suggestions regarding staffing needs and workflow issues.

Kanita obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) in Business Administration in 2004 and was awarded an International MBA degree with concentration in Justice Studies in 2016. Kanita worked at the International Institute of New Hampshire (IINH) where she assisted refugees and immigrants. She has attended numerous AILA and other immigration-related conferences throughout the years. In 2002 she was accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to represent clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
