Kyle Scandore is an attorney in the Corporate Department at McLane Middleton, where he counsels business clients on a wide range of corporate matters. His practice includes entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Kyle delivers practical and strategic legal solutions grounded in a deep understanding of the business landscape.

Clients at all stages of their business life cycle engage Kyle as their outside general counsel. He advises privately-held emerging and middle-market companies, as well as family-owned and generational businesses, on corporate formation, succession planning, fundraising, and liquidity events. Senior management across various industries rely on Kyle to solve complex business challenges. Kyle has significant experience representing founder-owned businesses in their most significant transactions, such as the sale of the business. He guides his clients through the exit planning process, helping them avoid common pitfalls and frequent stumbling blocks. He has represented clients in diverse industries, including manufacturing, business services, logistics, food products, and technology.

Kyle earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Richmond. Before joining McLane Middleton in 2021, he was an associate attorney at a prominent Boston law firm, where he successfully guided clients through intricate legal landscapes and transactions. Kyle lives with his wife and daughters in North Andover, where he is actively involved in the community.  Outside of work Kyle enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family and friends.
