Melissa is a member of the Immigration Practice Group. She assists attorneys and clients in a variety of immigration matters, with an emphasis on family and employment-based applications for permanent residency, consular processing, naturalization, employment authorization, outbound immigration matters, and Form I-9 audits and training. She is responsible for working with the client directly to request and review the necessary documents, prepare the forms and application packages for filing, answer questions and keep the client informed throughout the application process.

Melissa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and English from Quinnipiac University in 2005.
