Min Ji (Stephanie) Nham is an associate in the Woburn office of McLane Middleton and a member of the Business Litigation Group.  She advises clients on a range of matters, including commercial disputes, as well as criminal, civil, family, and probate litigation.

Stephanie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Vermont Law Review and as an advanced clinician in the Entrepreneurship Legal Laboratory.  She interned at the Vermont Attorney General’s Office in the Agency of Transportation legal unit and was vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.  Before joining McLane Middleton full-time, Stephanie was a summer associate in the firm’s Manchester office.  She is a native Korean speaker and maintains an active pro bono practice, highlighting her commitment to supporting clients and communities in need.

Before pursuing her legal career, Stephanie earned a B.B.A. in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons School of Design and gained experience in New York City’s high fashion industry, where she developed a creative, strategic, and client-centric approach that now informs her legal practice.
