Nicole is a registered paralegal who supports the Litigation Department and Information Privacy and Security Practice Group in a multitude of civil business matters. She works collaboratively with attorneys and clients on all phases of the discovery process, project planning, budgeting, and eDiscovery technology. She navigates clients through the collection and preservation of electronic data, assists with Early Case Assessment strategies to streamline document review, and facilitates the training of attorneys and paralegals in eDiscovery software and the development of best practices.
Nicole is active in both the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) and the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH). She is a past Vice President (2016-2024) and current Website Management and Social Media Committee Chair (2024-2025) of PANH, and has served on the Board of Directors with the association since 2015. At PANH’s 2024 Annual Meeting Nicole received the association’s Peer-to-Peer Award.
Nicole received her Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist (CEDS) designation through ACEDS in 2024, and her Registered Paralegal (RP) certification through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) in 2020. Nicole has an B.A. in Political Science from Merrimack College and has over 10 years of experience in the legal field.
