Rachel A. Hampe
Counsel, Litigation Department
Rachel is a member of the Litigation Department of McLane Middleton, where she focuses her practice on complex environmental actions and business litigation cases. She represents a broad range of clients in litigation involving breach of contract, general business disputes, construction, civil rights, products liability, land use disputes, actions against municipalities, landlord tenant actions, contribution claims, personal injury, and insurance issues.
Rachel received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law (1997) and her B.A. from Bates College (1994).
