Richard is a Certified Public Accountant in the Tax Department. His areas of engagement include fiduciary, individual, and business income tax compliance, resolution of federal and state tax matters, tax analysis of corporate purchase and sale transactions, and tax planning for individuals. Additionally, his background in taxation, financial statement attestation, management, and as corporate controller provides the versatility to address and resolve various tax, accounting, and finance matters.  Richard received his Bachelor of Science from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College) with a dual degree in accounting and management information systems.
