As a Corporate Paralegal, Samantha assists attorneys in a variety of corporate matters including entity formation, administration, corporate governance, and corporate transactions.

She has prior experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal and completed the American Bar Association approved Paralegal Studies Certificate Program at New Hampshire Technical Institute, as well as two Associate’s degrees in Health Science and General Studies. Samantha is a member of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH) and is a Notary Public for the State of New Hampshire.
