Shaune is an associate in the Administrative Law and Litigation Departments, where she represents clients in a variety of environmental, energy, and other civil matters.
Shaune earned her juris doctorate magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law. While in law school, she was a Senior Associate of Pace Environmental Law Review and a research assistant to two Distinguished Professors of international and environmental law. Shaune also worked with the U.S. Coast Guard Staff Judge Advocates in the Office of Maritime and International Law’s Environmental Law Division, with the Honorable Claire R. Kelly at the United States Court of International Trade, and with two environmental nonprofit legal organizations. She was also the recipient of Haub Law’s Excellence in Clinical Education Award for her client service while working with the Food and Farm Business Law Clinic in New York.
