Lara is Of Counsel in the Corporate Department and advises clients on a wide array of business issues including entity formation, mergers and acquisition, complex commercial agreements, general corporate matters, limited liability company agreements and contract drafting.
Prior to joining the firm, Lara was a partner at a boutique Boston law firm. Prior to that, Lara worked at large law firms in the Boston area.
Lara received her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
